Verve Health Media Pty Ltd ("we", "us") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase of Hardero food supplement. This policy sets out your return and refund rights.
1. Return Window
You may return your order within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery, no questions asked. This applies to all orders placed through drainyouthcartil.world regardless of your location. In line with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (applied as a minimum standard), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving goods.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened condition with the seal intact.
- You must initiate the return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplement bottles are not eligible for return unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@drainyouthcartil.world with subject line "Return Request - [your order number]".
- Include your full name, order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your return authorisation and provide a return address within 2 business days.
- Ship the product back at your own cost (unless faulty or incorrectly dispatched).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders). You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any return postage costs.
